Junior Digital Marketing Specialist – Latin American Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese Speaker

Want the chance to have a real impact on the online marketing campaigns of the world’s largest hotel search? Our Display, Email and Affiliate Marketing team is looking for an analytical individual to develop campaigns in our Latin American markets.

What you'll do:

  • Execute email marketing campaigns for our Latin American markets using our internal databases.
  • Create and optimize display and affiliate marketing campaigns on Google Display Network, Facebook Ads and other display networks.
  • Conduct daily monitoring and analyses of the performance of our online advertising accounts.
  • Continually test new creatives, ad copies and campaign audience targeting with the intention of having well-optimized campaigns.
  • Identify and approach relevant websites and local publishers and affiliates with the intention of developing new advertising partnerships.
  • Become a market expert: research Latin America hotel booking trends and top travel destinations so that our campaigns are well-informed.

What you'll definitely need:

  • You speak Brazilian Portuguese or Latin American Spanish at a native level and speak English (our company language) fluently.
  • Some previous experience (including an internship) in marketing.
  • You are currently studying or hold a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Media Sciences or a related field.
  • You have lived in Latin America for several years and have a good knowledge of the local travel market.
  • Excellent analytical skills: you are comfortable handling and drawing valuable insights from large amounts of data.
  • An exceptional understanding of Excel.
  • Problem-solving skills: you approach problems from unconventional angles.
  • The ability to stay focused on the task at hand and see it through to completion.
  • A valid work permit for Germany.
